GlobeOne is your new digital companion and the primary app to manage your accounts. For now, there’s no web version of GlobeOne. We’ll soon notify you if you can access the app using your laptop or desktop.
To start creating your GlobeOne app account, you may follow these steps below:
- Open the GlobeOne app and tap "Create an account."
- Nominate the number you want to use for the app login.
- Enter the one-time PIN received.
- Set up a six-digit PIN.
- Confirm PIN.
- Agree on the terms and conditions.
To retrieve your accounts in case this happens, you may follow the steps below:
- Open the app and tap "Log in."
- Click "Log in with email."
- Enter the email address you're currently using for login.
- A verification link will be sent to your email, then click "Verify your email" to proceed.
