Globe SIM Registration

Under the SIM Registration Act, all mobile users are required to register their SIMs as part of a nationwide effort to prevent spam and scam messages. Globe stands with this initiative by providing secure and hassle-free systems to ensure the safety and convenience of our customers.

Select the Globe account you want to register or enter your mobile number.

Ways to Register Your Globe SIM

 

For Prepaid, Postpaid, Platinum, Globe AT HOME Prepaid WiFi, and MyFi users, follow the steps below to register your SIM card. Retailer SIMs can follow the same steps as Prepaid. For Globe Business Corporate-Managed Postpaid customers, your number will be registered under your company name. Registration requirements and steps will be communicated to your company's Authorized Representative at a later date.

 

  1. Access the SIM registration website.
  2. Enter your 10-digit mobile number (ex. 9171234567) and click the “Register” button.
  3. If eligible to register, you’ll receive a One Time Pin (OTP) text message on your mobile phone. 
  4. Enter the 6-digit OTP on the registration site. Note that the OTP expires in 5 minutes.
  5. After your OTP is validated, you may now proceed with the registration. 
  6. Enter all required fields: name, birthday, gender, address, and nationality.
  7. Take a selfie and select the type of government ID to be uploaded. Click the “Attach” button to upload a copy of your valid government ID.
  8. Tick the checkbox to agree with Globe's Privacy Notice and Attestation of Completeness and Accuracy.
  9. Click the "Submit" button to finish the registration process.
  10. A reference number will appear on your screen to signify the completion of registration. Please keep the reference number as proof of registration.   

  1. You’ll receive a text message from Globe to confirm if your SIM registration details are correct. 
  2. Text SIMREG to 8080 to confirm your details and registration.
  3. You’ll receive a confirmation message from Globe that you’re now registered!

*If you wish to change your information, please visit any Globe store near you.

  1. Wait for the text message from Globe AT HOME asking for confirmation of your SIM registration details. 
  2. To confirm, text SIMREG <ACCOUNT NUMBER> <WIRELESS LANDLINE/SUPER HOME PHONE NUMBER> to 268204.
  3. You’ll receive a confirmation text message from Globe that you're now registered!

*If you wish to change your information, simply dial 211 on your Globe mobile or go to our Globe stores for assistance.

 

  1. Buy your Globe AT HOME Prepaid WiFi kit from the Globe Online Shop.
  2. Set up your modem as per the instruction manual.
    1. Connect the power adapter to the modem.
    2. Turn your Globe AT HOME Prepaid WiFi device on.
  3. Download the GlobeOne app and set up your Home Prepaid WiFi account.
  4. Enroll your Globe AT HOME Prepaid WiFi mobile number and click “Register your SIM now.” 
  5. Fill out the registration form and enter all required fields: Name, Birthday, Gender, Address, and Nationality.
  6. Take a selfie and select the type of government ID to be uploaded. Click the “Attach” button to upload a copy of your valid government ID.
  7. Tick the checkbox to agree with Globe's Privacy Notice and Attestation of Completeness and Accuracy.
  8. Click the "Submit" button to finish the registration process.

  1. Put your modem in a location with a strong signal.
  2. Connect to your Home Prepaid WiFi using your mobile device. 
  3. Download the GlobeOne app and set up your Home Prepaid WiFi account.
  4. Enroll your Globe AT HOME Prepaid WiFi using the number found in your modem.
  5.  Click “Register your SIM now” and enter your Home Prepaid WiFi number. 
  6. Fill out the registration form and enter all required fields: Name, Birthday, Gender, Address, and Nationality.
  7. Take a selfie and select the type of government ID to be uploaded. Click the “Attach” button to upload a copy of your valid government ID. Note that the images should not exceed 4 MB. Adjust your camera settings or take a screenshot if needed. 
  8. Tick the checkbox to agree with Globe's Privacy Notice and Attestation of Completeness and Accuracy.
  9. Click "Submit" to finish the registration process.
  10. If eligible to register, you’ll receive a One Time Pin (OTP) text message.
  11. Enter the six-digit OTP on the registration website. Note that the OTP expires in five minutes.
  12. After your OTP is validated, a reference number will appear on your screen. Take note of your reference number.
  13. A message will be sent to your registered number confirming successful registration.

  1. Buy Globe Mobile WiFi from authorized sellers.
  2. Set up the Globe Mobile WiFi as per instruction manual.
  3. Connect your mobile phone to your Globe Mobile WiFi device.
  4. Access the device inbox as per user instruction manual.
    1. Open a new browser window or tab. Type http://192.168.8.1/ on the browser to access the MyFi dashboard.
    2. Log in using the username and password found in the user manual.
    3. Click “SMS” to view your messages.
  5. In the device inbox, you’ll receive a welcome message with the registration link to the SIM registration website.
  6. Visit the link with an active internet connection to start registration.
  7. Enter your Globe Mobile WiFi number and click the "Register" button.
  8. You'll receive a One Time Pin (OTP) text message in your device inbox. Make sure you're connected to your Globe Mobile WiFi device.
  9. Enter the six-digit OTP on the registration website. Note that the OTP expires in five minutes.

  1. Connect your mobile phone to your Globe Mobile WiFi device.
  2. Access the device inbox as per user instruction manual.
    1. Open a new browser window or tab. Type http://192.168.8.1/ on the browser to access the Globe Mobile WiFi dashboard.
    2. Click “Login” using the username and password found at the back of your Globe Mobile WiFi device.
    3. Click the “Login” button.
    4. Click “Device” on the left side to view your messages.
    5. The Inbox should have enough space to receive the messages.
  3. In the device inbox, you’ll receive a message with the registration link to the SIM registration website.
  4. Visit the link to start registration.
  5. Enter your Globe Mobile WiFi number and click the"Register" button.
  6. You'll receive a One Time Pin (OTP) text message in your device inbox. Make sure you're connected to your Globe Mobile WiFi device.

Frequently Asked Question on SIM Registration

You need to register immediately via Globe’s online registration portal to activate and start using the SIM. If you do not need to use the SIM right away, you have until the SIM shelf life expiry date indicated in the SIM packaging to register and begin using it.

If you acquired a new postpaid SIM, the data and information that you submitted as part of your application are deemed to be included in our platform. We may get in touch with you to confirm and complete your registration details to align it with the requirements of the law.

If you have multiple SIMs, you may register all of them but you're required to register each SIM under your name. Simply visit the Globe online registration portal and repeat the process for each of your SIMs.

SIMs for minors must be registered under the name of the parent or legal guardian.

If you’re unable to register your SIM before the deadline, the SIM will be deactivated permanently. When your SIM is deactivated, you’ll no longer be able to use your text, call, data, and other mobile services.
