Complimentary Airport Lounge Access Terms and Conditions

How to Redeem:

1. To access the lounges, customers must present their PLATINUM mobile signal on their device.

    

2. Globe Platinum customers must provide their active Platinum mobile number to the lounge reception for verification.

    

3. Once verified, Globe Platinum customers will be granted access to the airport lounge, subject to lounge regulations and availability.

    

Terms and Conditions

1. Globe Platinum customers are entitled to unlimited, complimentary airport lounge access, subject to these terms and conditions.

    

2. This promotion applies exclusively to Globe Platinum customers with active Platinum mobile numbers.

    

3. Lounge access is limited to one (1) Platinum customer per Platinum mobile number.

    

4. The promotion is valid from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025.

    

5. Eligible lounges include the following:

    

   • PAGSS Lounges:

      

     • NAIA Terminal 1, Manila – East Concourse Wing, Beside Gate 7, Departure Level
     • NAIA Terminal 3, Manila – International Lounge: 4/F, Headhouse, L6 (Currently under renovation)
     • NAIA Terminal 3, Manila – Domestic Lounge: 3rd Level, Pre-Departure Area
     • Francisco Bangoy International Airport, Davao – International Lounge: 2/F, International Departure Wing
     • Francisco Bangoy International Airport, Davao – Domestic Lounge: 2/F, Domestic Departure Wing

     • New Puerto Princesa International Airport, Palawan – Mezzanine Floor, Passenger Terminal Building

        

   • Plaza Premium Lounges:

      

     • Mactan-Cebu International Airport – Domestic Lounge: Departure Level, Terminal 1
     • Mactan-Cebu International Airport – International Lounge: Level 1, Pre-Departure, Terminal 2

     • Clark International Airport – International Pre-Departure Area: 2/F

        

6. Companions of traveling Globe Platinum customers accessing the lounge are NOT covered nor eligible for the unlimited and complimentary access to partner airport lounges.

    

7. This promo cannot be extended to others and is not transferable.

    

8. Children’s access policies are as follows:

    

   • Plaza Premium Lounges: Complimentary access for children 2 years old and below.
   • PAGSS Lounges: Complimentary access for children below 8 years old.

    

9. This promo is subject to airport lounge traffic and capacity. Waiting times can be implemented, and access is not always guaranteed. Partner lounges shall have the right to limit access during limited high-volume time periods to prevent overcrowding and inconvenience to the passengers.

    

10. This promo is subject to the conditions of use and policies imposed by the airport lounge operator.

     

11. Partner lounges reserve the right to refuse entry to the lounges to any eligible passenger if he/she is inebriated or intoxicated or is not considered to be sober or orderly enough to be permitted to enter and/or is likely to disturb other users or for any other circumstances justifying them to do so.

     

12. By availing of this promotion, customers agree to comply with the conditions of use and policies imposed by the respective lounge operators.
