For Globe Business Customers:
The account holder can request unlocking as long as their subscription is out of contract and there are no remaining balances from their previous bill.
For Globe Postpaid Customers:
There’s no need to request unlocking; devices will be automatically unlocked after the contract expires.
For Prepaid Customers:
You need to provide the IMEI of your Globe-issued handset (from a prepaid phone kit) and have an active Globe mobile number.
No request is needed. Your device will unlock automatically after your contract expires. Here’s how you can check if your device is unlocked:
Insert a non-Globe SIM card into your device.
Restart your phone.
Ensure that your mobile data is turned on or you’re connected to Wi-Fi.
