The Platinum GPlan SIM-Only includes a monthly allocation of unlimited data roaming, laddering up across different plan levels:
3-day unlimited data roaming per month at Plan 3799.
5-day unlimited data roaming per month at Plan 4999.
7-day unlimited data roaming per month at Plan 7999.
Once the data roaming allowance is consumed, regular data roaming charges will apply. Please note that data roaming services, such as Roam Surf 399 or other variants, will not be deducted from your consumable allowance but will be charged on top of your monthly recurring fee.
The Platinum GPlan SIM-Only doesn’t include a subsidized smartphone. However, you can still purchase a smartphone from Globe through various options, such as cash, credit card, or other gadget financing programs available in Globe Stores.
You can track your GCash balance in real time by downloading the GCash app from your device’s app store.

The Platinum All-Month Surf is exclusive to customers on Platinum GPlan, Platinum GPlan SIM-Only, ThePLATINUM Plan, and ThePLATINUM Plan PLUS. This feature ensures you won’t have to worry about additional charges for local data browsing.
For personal mobile use, Platinum All-Month Surf provides a high 60GB threshold per billing cycle. If you exceed this, browsing speeds may slow down, as Globe’s Fair Use Policy applies. Learn more about this policy at www.globe.com.ph/fup.
Notifications will help you monitor usage:
First reminder: When nearing your threshold.
Second reminder: Upon exceeding the 60GB limit.
If you wish to extend your threshold, you can subscribe to Surf Refresh promos, such as SR599 (10GB for 15 days), which will be charged on top of your monthly fee.
For Platinum GPlan and Platinum GPlan SIM-Only, your consumable allowance provides you with the flexibility to use it for the following:
Subscriptions to Netflix, Spotify, Amazon Prime Video, HBO GO, and other premium content.
GoCall IDD for only P199/month.Pay-per-use for NDD, IDD, and iSMS (international texts).
Pay-per-use on regular roaming calls and texts.
Direct Carrier Billing for apps, movies, or books from the Google Play Store.
For Platinum GPlan 4999 and 7999, you may also choose to enjoy the service of a Dedicated Platinum Relationship Manager for P199/month, deducted from your consumables.
Keep in mind:
Mobile data roaming (via Roam Surf 399 or other variants) will be charged on top of your monthly recurring fee (MRF).
Your consumable allowance renews every billing cycle. If you subscribe to recurring services like PRM, GoCall IDD, or premium content, they will be deducted automatically. If you cancel these services, they won’t be deducted in the next billing cycle.
Unlimited calls and texts to all networks, as well as local calls to landlines and DUO numbers, are already part of your plan and won’t be deducted from your consumable allowance.
The Platinum All-Month Surf and built-in data roaming are already covered by your monthly service fee and won’t count toward your consumable allowance.
Any charges exceeding the consumable allowance will be added to your monthly bill. For details on promos, please review the terms.
The Platinum Management Service gives you the dedicated attention of a Platinum Relationship Manager, who will be exclusively assigned to your Globe Platinum account. This service is available to Platinum GPlan customers who choose this offer.
For Platinum GPlan (with Device or GCash), you can avail of the Platinum Management Service for only P199/month, deducted from your consumable allowance, if applicable.
For Platinum GPlan SIM-Only, this service is included without any charge to your consumables.
This service is renewed automatically each month and deducted from your consumable allowance (if applicable). If you ever choose to unsubscribe, the change will take effect in the next billing cycle.
Even if you unsubscribe from the Platinum Management Service, you’ll still have access to Thea, your Platinum Virtual Concierge, who can assist with everything from bookings to personal shopping.
With the Globe Priority Network, all Platinum customers are given priority, ensuring a superior mobile data experience. Once you activate your new Platinum GPlan, especially if you’re upgrading from a regular postpaid plan, you will be registered on the Globe Priority Network within two weeks.
Please note:
Your data speed may still be affected by the number of users on the same cell ID and the type of device used.
Globe Priority Network works with both 3G and LTE devices, but to get the fastest speed, we recommend using an LTE SIM and LTE device together. This will allow you to enjoy speeds of up to 42Mbps.
If you’re still using a 3G SIM, you’ll still benefit from the Globe Priority Network, but your speeds may be more limited.
Globe Priority Network is available nationwide, giving Platinum customers the advantage of improved speeds.
Absolutely! You can keep your current plan. However, if you'd like to renew with a new device, you will need to upgrade to the latest Platinum GPlans.
If you have a Platinum GPlan with Device, your pre-termination fee will be computed based on the specific terms of your device contract.
For Platinum GPlan with GCash or Platinum GPlan SIM-Only, the pre-termination fee will be calculated according to the contract you have signed.
