Contact your banks, e-commerce platforms, and other important accounts linked to your mobile number to request temporary deactivation and secure your accounts.

For Globe Prepaid and TM customers:

Visit the nearest Globe store to have your lost SIM temporarily barred. You can check the list of open stores here. If you're ready for SIM replacement, bring the following:

  • Proof of ownership: SIM bed, GCash Card (if available), or eSIM voucher (if available)

  • Notarized Affidavit of Loss: Include your mobile number and details on how, why, when, and where the phone was lost

  • Two (2) government-issued IDs used during the affidavit notarization

If you're still preparing the documents, you may bring one government-issued ID to have the SIM temporarily barred.

For Globe Postpaid customers:

  • Report the loss through Facebook Messenger at m.me/globeph by selecting "Report Lost Phone."

  • Call 211 using a Globe mobile number and choose the lost phone/SIM option.

To ensure security, these concerns will only be discussed with verified account holders.

  • For Android devices: Use the "Find My Device" feature linked to your Google account.

Take these steps immediately to safeguard your identity:

  1. Report your lost phone or SIM to your network provider, banks, and other connected accounts.

  2. Change all your passwords and log out of your accounts on all devices.

For ongoing protection:

  • Keep your personal and sensitive data private.

  • Limit the information you share online and with others.

  • Avoid posting screenshots of bills or photos of personal information.

  • Use strong, unique passwords for your accounts and update them regularly.

  • Enable advanced authentication methods like biometrics or two-factor authentication.

Yes, if you purchased your device from Globe, you may request to have it blacklisted. Provide the device’s IMEI number, which you can find on the back of your handset’s box.
