Frequently Asked Questions on Paperless Billing

 

Paperless Billing replaces your paper billing statement with an eBill sent directly to your registered email address. Once enrolled, you’ll stop receiving printed bills.

By subscribing to Paperless Billing, you’re contributing to environmental conservation by reducing paper usage. Plus, you can easily access your bills anytime, anywhere—convenient and eco-friendly!

For your convenience and safety, your bills will continue to be sent via text or your registered email.

To update your email address:

  • Download the GlobeOne app at this link.

  • Tap More, then select Help to update your details.

Your eBill will be sent to your email address within 5 days after your bill cut-off date.

To ensure security, your eBill email now includes a VIEW MY BILL NOW button instead of an attachment.

Here’s how to access your bill:

  1. Click the button on your laptop.

  2. Enter the verification code sent to the postpaid SIM linked to the account within 10 minutes.

  3. On the resulting page, you’ll see your Amount to Pay and two options: Pay Now or View PDF.

  4. Click View PDF to open your bill.

For your security, PDF attachments have been removed to prevent potential issues.

Instead, you can view your bill through GlobeOne, where login credentials are secure and unique to your account.

Due to government safety measures, paper bill delivery is suspended until December 31, 2025.
If you need a physical copy, you can request one through the GlobeOne app:

  1. Open the app.

  2. Tap Help to make your request

Here are some common reasons and solutions:

  • Inbox full: Clear some space in your email inbox.

  • Invalid email address: Update your details through the GlobeOne app here.

  • Spam filtering: Add [email protected] to your contacts to avoid emails being marked as spam.

  • Auto-junk settings: Disable any settings that might treat our emails as junk.
