To start using Roam Surf 399:

  1. Arrive in a partner country.

  2. Turn on your mobile data and data roaming.

  3. Roam Surf 399 will activate automatically once you start using data.

You’ll know it’s active when you receive 3 notifications:

  • A notification on your first data usage to mark the start of your 24-hour period.

  • A reminder 3 hours before the end of your 24-hour period.

  • A final notification when the 24 hours are up.

You’ll be charged P399 for 24 hours of data roaming, with no extra charges for using data across our partner countries, as long as it's within the 24-hour validity period.

Roam Surf 399 is charged on top of your consumables, except for selected Platinum plans with consumable roaming.

Once your roaming consumables are used up, the P399 will be added to your bill.

Good news! Roam Surf 399 supports cross-country travel:

  • You'll only be charged once for 24 hours, even if you visit multiple Roam Surf partner countries.

  • If you travel to a country where the promo isn’t available, you won't be able to use data roaming there.

No, you must wait for your current subscription to expire before registering again. You’ll enjoy all-day service during your 24-hour period, so there’s no need for multiple subscriptions.

Roam Surf 399 will expire 24 hours after activation. For example, if you activate at 9:00 p.m., your subscription will end at 8:59 p.m. the following day.

  • If you still have remaining days on your Easy Roam subscription, it will cover your data roaming.

  • Once your Easy Roam is used up, Roam Surf 399 will automatically take over for your data roaming needs

If you lose roaming service, your Roam Surf subscription will be terminated automatically, regardless of whether you've fully used it or not.

When you return to the Philippines, local data charges will apply once you're back.
