Roam Surf4All lets you share your data roaming promo with up to four other travelers. You can register through the GlobeOne app by following these steps:
Open the GlobeOne app and tap Buy Promos.
Select More Promos Abroad > Shareable Promos Abroad.
Choose your preferred Roam Surf4All promo and tap Subscribe.
Select a payment method:
Postpaid: Charge to bill.
Prepaid/TM: Pay via load, credit/debit card, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Unionbank), or e-wallets (GCash, Maya, ShopeePay, GrabPay).
Once registered, you can start adding members to your group.
Prepaid and TM customers can also register via GCash under the Roaming & Int’l tab.
You can share data with up to four Globe Postpaid, Prepaid, or TM users.
To add members via GlobeOne:
Open GlobeOne and go to Your Plan Usage.
Tap Group Data > Add Member.
Enter the mobile number and confirm.
To remove a member:
Follow the steps above and select Remove Member.
Note: Members already in another Roam Surf4All group cannot be added.
Yes. If you're a member (not the owner), you can leave anytime via GlobeOne:
Go to Usage Tracker > Group Data.
Tap Leave Group and confirm.
After leaving, your unused data returns to the group owner.
Postpaid users: If your mobile data and roaming are ON, Roam Surf 399 will activate automatically.
Prepaid/TM users: You need to register for a new data roaming promo to continue browsing.
Yes, you can register for another Roam Surf4All group even if there’s still an active Roam Surf4All promo. The data allowance of the new promo will be added to the existing promo, and the validity of the new promo will be followed.
How can I set the data limit and monitor the shared data usage of my Roam Surf4All group?
Only owners of the group can set the data limit and view the data usage of each member. To set the data limit, click the usage tracker on GlobeOne. Under the Your plan usage section, click the usage tracker and select Group Data. Select the member and choose the GBs you want to allocate to that member, then click Save to confirm.
Members can only monitor the overall data usage of the group and his /her usage via GlobeOne. Members won’t be able to set the data limit or view the usage of other members.
If the owner leaves, the entire group will be disbanded, and any remaining data will be forfeited.
Postpaid members: Roam Surf 399 will activate automatically.
Prepaid/TM members: You need to register for a new roaming promo via GlobeOne or GCash.
If you use up all the data before the promo expires, the remaining validity period will be forfeited.
For example:
You register for Roam Surf Longer Stay (10GB for 15 days).
If you use all 10GB on Day 10, the remaining 5 days will be lost.
If you register for Roam Surf4All 2599, the new 7-day validity will start immediately.
No. You cannot use both local and international Surf4All at the same time. You must deactivate your local Surf4All before registering for Roam Surf4All.
If your refund is approved, it will be credited back to your original payment method:
Postpaid (Charge-to-bill): 1–2 billing cycles
Credit/Debit Card: 1–2 billing cycles
GCash: 5–10 working days
Bank Transfer/E-Wallet: 5–7 working days
