Roam Lite is an add-on roaming promo designed for Globe Postpaid customers traveling in Asia. It offers call and text bundles, allowing you to stay connected while abroad.

Roam Lite is available to Globe Postpaid customers, including those on older Globe plans and the new myLifestyle Plans. Unfortunately, this offer is not available for Prepaid and TM customers.

You can register through any of the following:

• Via *143# Menu: Dial *143# on your Globe mobile and follow the menu prompts.

• Via SMS: Text ROAM LIT <Country> <Denomination> ON to 8080. (Example: ROAM LIT SINGAPORE 799 ON)

• Via Globe Stores/Hotline: Visit a Globe Store or call the 24-hour Roaming Hotline at +63277301212.

Note:

• Registration is free if done in the Philippines.

• If you register via SMS while abroad, roaming charges may apply.

• Globe reserves the right to discontinue subscriptions in case of fraud.

No, Roam Lite is valid for one country at a time. If you travel to another country, you must register for a new Roam Lite plan specific to that destination.

Once you’ve used up your allocated minutes and texts, regular roaming rates will apply for any additional usage.

For example, if you activate a Roam Lite plan in Singapore on November 1, it will expire on November 7 at 11:59 PM Singapore time.

Roam Lite plans are valid for 7 days and will expire at 11:59 PM (local time) in the country of registration.

Yes, you can. If you register for a new Roam Lite plan while an existing one is still active, the expiration date will be extended.

Example:

• You subscribe on November 1 (valid until November 7)

• You subscribe again on November 2

• Your new validity will now be until November 8

You will receive an error message reply that your registration is not successful, therefore you will not be charged for the plan you intended to register. However, if you register abroad, you will still be charged the SMS roaming rates.

Once you return to the Philippines, your Roam Lite plan will no longer be applicable.

However, if you travel back to the same country within 7 days, your unused Roam Lite allocation will still be valid.
