What are the new GoRoam offers from Globe?

GoRoam lets you stay connected while traveling with close-to-local data rates, so you don’t need to change SIMs or carry an extra device. Enjoy seamless data roaming in select countries at the lowest rates. Pricing, validity, and data allocation vary by destination.

GoRoam is available to Globe Platinum, Postpaid, Prepaid, and TM customers. You may use GoRoam when roaming in these destinations:

How do I know when my GoRoam promo is active?

You'll receive a notification as soon as your first data session starts, confirming your promo activation. You'll also get reminders before your promo expires and a final notification once it ends.

Postpaid users: If you keep data roaming on after your GoRoam promo expires and don’t register for another, you’ll be charged the standard P399/24 hours roaming rate.

Prepaid users: Without an active roaming promo, data browsing won’t be available.

Can I use my GoRoam promo in multiple countries?

No, GoRoam is country-specific. It only works when connected to Globe’s partner network in your registered destination. If you travel to another country, you’ll need to subscribe to a GoRoam offer for that specific location.

Will there be any browsing restrictions with GoRoam?

No. GoRoam gives you unrestricted access to the internet, allowing you to browse, stream, share, and connect just like you would at home.

However, if you choose to register for an app-based roaming promo, your usage will be limited to that specific app.

Can I avail of other promos when I’m subscribed to a GRoam offer?

No. Since GoRoam already provides full internet access, you can’t stack it with another all-access data promo. However, you can register for a GoRoam promo for a different country if you’re traveling across multiple destinations.

What’s the difference between GoRoam and Roam Surf offers?

GoRoam: Works only in a specific country with its own rates, validity, and allocation.
Roam Surf: Covers multiple countries and can be used across different destinations.

GoRoam is perfect if you're staying in one country, while Roam Surf is best for multi-country travel.
