Easy Roam 149 is a data roaming promo that offers up to 10% savings on roaming costs. For P149/month for 12 months, you get 5 days of unlimited data roaming (worth P1,995) – that’s 5 days of regular Roam Surf (P399/day) for just P149/month.

You can use the 5 days all at once or spread them over multiple trips within one year from your subscription’s start date.

You can register for Easy Roam 149 in two ways:

• Text EASY ROAM 149 ON to 8080.

• Subscribe via the GlobeOne app here, choose "Buy Promos," and select "Roaming Promos."

You can use Easy Roam 149 in over 120 countries, wherever there is a Roam Surf partner network. However, usage outside of these partner operators won’t be covered by Easy Roam.

Here’s how Easy Roam 149 works:

1. Before you travel, ensure that your destination country’s roaming operator is part of the Easy Roam partner network.

2. Once subscribed, turn on your mobile data and data roaming upon arrival.

3. Your remaining days will be charged against your Easy Roam allowance (e.g., if you have 3 days left, you’ll use those 3 days).

4. You’ll receive text notifications with the remaining days on your subscription.

    

Check your Easy Roam status:

• Dial *143#, go to Roaming & Intl > Roaming > Data Promos > Easy Roam > Check Status.

• Text EASY ROAM 149 STATUS to 8080.

If you’ve used up all 5 days in your Easy Roam 149 subscription, any additional data roaming will be charged at the regular Roam Surf rate of P399/day.

No, you’ll need to complete all 12 installments before enrolling in another Easy Roam subscription.
You can, however, terminate early by paying the early termination fee for the remaining months of your subscription. Example: If you've paid 3 months, the early termination fee would be P149 x 9 months remaining = P1,341, plus pro-rated fees.

To terminate early:

• Via GlobeOne: Go to the Roaming page and tap the pre-termination button.

• Text EASY ROAM 149 OFF to 8080.

• Call the Roaming hotline at +63277301212 for assistance.

Good news! Easy Roam supports cross-country travel. You’ll only use one day of your 5-day allowance in 24 hours, no matter how many countries you visit within that time. 

Unfortunately, you must use up all 5 days within the one-year validity period. After it expires, your remaining days will no longer be available

If your account is disconnected due to non-payment, you won’t be able to use Easy Roam. However, once your account is reconnected after payment, your Easy Roam subscription will still be valid, and you can use any remaining days.
