1. Buksan ang GlobeOne app

2. I-tap ang GFiber Prepaid logo on the top banner

3. Ilagay ang iyong complete address para ma-check kung serviceable ang iyong area

4. Kumpletuhin ang digital application form, piliin ang date para sa modem installation, at magbayad via GCash (GGives or GCredit are also accepted)

5. Hintayin ang Globe Technician sa piniling date para mag-install ng inyong GFiber Prepaid modem!

GFiber Prepaid has no contract, no lock-up, and no fixed monthly service fees!

1. Gumawa ng account sa GlobeOne app (skip this step if you already have a GlobeOne app account!). Ilagay ang iyong mobile number, verify via OTP, at i-set ang iyong 6-digit PIN.

2. Sa gawing ibaba at kanan ng GlobeOne app dashboard, i-tap ang “Profile” at piliin ang “Account Management”.

3. Sa Account Management page, i-tap “Add Account” at piliin ang “GFiber Prepaid”.

4. Ilagay ang mobile number na ni-register para sa iyong GFiber Prepaid account, at ang iyong PIN. (Tandaan: Siguruhin na ang mobile number na registered para sa iyong GFiber Prepaid account ang iyong ilalagay).

5. Maglagay ng nickname at i-tap ang “Confirm Account”.

6. Kapag na-redirect na sa Account Management page, piliin ang iyong GFiber Prepaid account para makabalik sa GlobeOne app dashboard.

7. Kapag successful ang registration, makatatanggap ka ng notification na ang iyong GFiber Prepaid account ay registered na.

Ang GFiber Prepaid device warranty ay valid for 365 days mula sa date ng installation ng GFiber Prepaid modem.

Kung ang modem ay matagpuang defective sa loob ng pitong  (7) araw mula sa date ng modem installation, LIBRE itong papalitan ng Globe technician. I-report lamang via the GlobeOne app.

Kung patuloy pa rin ang issues o concerns lagpas ng pitong araw mula sa installment date at pasok pa sa warranty period, maaaring mag-request ng technician check-up para sa iyong modem via the GlobeOne app.
