Your Globe At Home bill is designed to help you understand your charges clearly and efficiently. Here’s a guide to the terms and sections you’ll see:


BIR CAS Permit No.
The Bureau of Internal Revenue-issued permit for Globe’s computerized accounting system.


Barcode No.
A reference number used by couriers for their records.


Account Number
Your unique identifier for payment transactions. Keep this handy when making payments.


Billing Period
The date range covered by the charges in this bill.


Due Date
The last day to settle your bill. Pay on or before this date to maintain a good credit standing.


Monthly Recurring Fee
The fixed monthly amount for your plan, including any recurring add-ons or rebates.


Charges For This Month
A detailed breakdown of all the charges for the current billing period.


Monthly Plan
The specific plan you subscribed to, showing the fixed monthly amount.


Add
Additional charges for services or usage.


Less
Charges deducted from your bill, such as rebates or discounts.


Previous Bill Activity
A breakdown of charges, payments, and adjustments from your last billing cycle. This corresponds to "Previous Bill Charges" in your old bill.


Previous Bill Amount
The total charges from your previous bill, also known as "Amount Due from Previous Bill" in your old bill.


Remaining Balance (Due Immediately)
The unpaid portion of your previous bill, referred to as "Amount Due from Previous Bill" in your old bill.


Add-ons
Details of plan add-ons you subscribed to or received as part of your bundle. This section also shows the covered billing period.


Description
This section lists your plan subscription details. If your subscription spans more than one billing cycle, charges for each period will be shown separately.


Freebies
A list of free services or features included with your plan, along with the billing period they cover.


Subtotal
The total amount for your Monthly Recurring Fee and all charges for the covered billing cycle.


Discounts
Any discounts applied to your plan, such as device discounts or special add-on discounts.


Details of Other Charges
This includes administrative fees and other one-time charges for the billing period.


Device & Equipment/Installment
Information on devices or equipment you availed of, including installment terms and corresponding amounts.


Summary of Excess Usage
Details of additional charges for excess usage, such as NDD calls, IDD calls, or calls to non-Globe/TM numbers.


Note: If you have an Unli Calls to Globe/TM bundle, calls to other networks won’t appear here.
