Based on the Marry My Husband manhwa (webtoon) by Sung So-jak, the story follows Kang Ji-won (Park Min-young), a terminally ill cancer patient. She discovers that her husband and her best friend are having an affair, which leads to her tragic death. But instead of simply succumbing to a miserable end, Kang Ji-won gets transported back in time, giving her the chance to exact revenge and change her fate.
